Who We Are

Leedsoft Solutions is a small ISV (Independent Software Vendor) dedicated to providing its customers and clients with easy to use yet full-featured and efficient software solutions. Our products are among some of the most unique and innovative. We strive to be a leading software provider who meets and exceeds all expectations of our clients and customers which is why "Leed" is part of our name.

Our History

Leedsoft Solutions, a.k.a Leedsoft, was founded in 2004 by our President and Lead Developer Joseph Leedy. Originally, the idea behind our company was to provide simple PHP-based web site software solutions. Joseph only achieved marginal success due mostly to the fact that there are already many wonderful solutions out there in the fields he was exploring. Leedsoft was quickly shelved due to its inability to remain competitive in its market.

Fast forward to more then five years later; September 2009. Joseph was contacted by a client to create a simple yet effective and inexpensive Time Clock System. That solution would eventually come to be called Punch! TCS. Joseph took on the project and with that he decided it was the perfect time to to revive Leedsoft.This time, however, the company has a new purpose, sense of direction and a strong business plan.  (Side note: We are currently in negotiations with the client that will allow us to release our flagship project to the public sometime in late 2010.)

Note: Joseph Leedy is currently in the process of filing an application to set Leedsoft Solutions up as an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) as of January 2010.

Update 01/19/10: After consulting with business professionals including an accountant and a lawyer, Joseph has determined that forming an LLC at this time is not necessary but may be reconsidered in the future.

Mission Statement

It is the mission of Joseph Leedy, Leedsoft Solutions and our staff to provide our customers with high-value, low-cost software solutions. We strive to be honest with our clients and customers in all business dealings and we vow never to misrepresent ourselves or our products and services. Our intent is to become a leading software provider that continues on for many years to come.

Our Location

Leedsoft Solutions is based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States of America. We do not have an official office just yet but if we raise enough capital we hope to have a permanent location by 2011.
